Conditions of Sale
Each Old Barn Auction auction is conducted under the terms announced with that sale. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the conditions below.
Bidding
Lots are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Inspect during the preview; photographs and descriptions are a guide. The auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final.
Shipping & removal
We ship and insure items according to your wishes for a packing, handling, postage and insurance fee; we do not ship outside the US. Please arrange pick-up or shipping within 15 days of the sale. Stored items are at the owner’s risk.
Payment
We accept cash (COD), Discover, MasterCard, Visa, money order or cashier’s check, PayPal, personal check and wire transfer. Buyer’s premium and any sales tax are stated with each auction.
